Jennifer Dipple

Head instructor Jennifer Dipple, is a Certified Level 4 Jumping Instructor and Level 1 Western Pleasure Instructor through the Certified Horsemanship Association or CHA. Jennie received her certification in 2006, in a week long working seminar where multiple clinicians watched her teach over 10 different lessons over various topics including jumping, dressage and unmounted ground lectures and lessons. Jennie was awarded the highest certification offered through the CHA in her first attempt, something that takes other participants several times to achieve. Not only did Jennie become a certified level 4 jumping instructor, but the CHA also made her a ACI or Assistant Clinical Instructor. The CHA then sent Jennie to Orlando, Florida to certify other instructors to teach, and continues to give her the opportunity to travel through the US to help certify other instructors.

As a rider, Jennifer competes at several different disciplines of riding on a regular basis including Dressage, Show Jumping, Hunters, Eventing as well as Versatility for Tennessee Walking Horses (Dressage and Jumping). She grew up participating in Pony Club until she was 18 years old. Through High School, she
was a regular on the “AA” Jumper Circuit with her horse, Maximum Risk. She later became a working student at the age of 17, and was sent to work at a well known show jumping and hunter yard in England, where she learned the fundamentals European competition. She has earned numerous awards such as
NCDCTA Horse of the Year awards in both 1998 and 1999 for Eventing. Turning professional with her first company named D & B Training at 23, she proved to the local industry that her program was successful, turning out many different winning students from the Walk-Trot divisions, to riders qualifying for year end awards and national competitions. While starting her own company as a young businesswoman, she also attended college earning her degree in Physical Therapy as well as attending Northeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and earning her degree in Massage Therapy. This understanding of
massage therapy, and muscle mechanics ,allows her to turn her trained eye not only to the horse, but analyze the proper body mechanics of the rider to improve equitation and it’s effects on the way the horse is going.

As an instructor she has coached at hundreds of competitions including local flat and jumping shows, “C” and “A” rated Hunter/jumper competitions, local and USDF dressage shows, USEA events, and NWHA competitions, She is a current member of the USDF, USEA, USEF, PHJA, NCDCTA and CHA. She is also a current competitor in all rings and disciplines and is always traveling to new facilities taking part and auditing clinics to improve her teaching skills and eye on the ground.

Jennie coached riders of all ability levels and disciplines to achieve their goals weather its in the show ring or just being a better communicator with their horse . Jennie has coached riders to the top of their divisions, including coaching riders to qualify for year end awards and two junior riders qualifying for the American Eventing Championships for 2008 and 2009 in Wyane, Illinois.

Her philosophy is “All horses need the same fundamentals; forward impulsion, balance, cadence, straightness and to trust in the rider’s hands and aids. At the end of the day, Dressage, Eventers, Hunters… they’re all horses.”
